Where the profound meets the lost...

The love of a brother stinks

There once was a kid from Tacoma
He didn't like that kind of Aroma
So he took a chance in the state of Arizona

With his troubles behind him he began anew
packed up his truck and his ride and flew
now when he sneezes there is no one to say "God bless you"

before long he was living in bliss
riding his steeds with nary a miss
and even almost found a miss to kiss

funny thing about trouble
without a plan they double
not to burst your bubble

bikes, babes, hikes, beer, nothing that gets you closer anyway
when there are important things that will stay
get off your ass and get your CCNA!

"halfway is discouraging!"

Read Nehemiah, a cupbearer to King Artaxerxes(in the Bible).
  • "We look around, Nehemiah, and all we can see is debris--dirt, broken stones, hard, dried chunks of mortar. It's getting tiring. There's too much rubbish."

He is rebuilding the walls around Jerusalem(your CCNA), this task being accomplished by a simple cupbearer.

When you lose strenght and you lose vision, then you lose confidence
(sound familiar?).

Enough preaching...till next time!

Out There.

Out There

I can see trees moving in the wind
just beyond my block

I can see planes flying
just beyond my block

I can hear cars driving
just beyond my block

I can hear birds chirping
just beyond my block

I can see people working
just beyond my block

I can hear dogs barking
just beyond my block

I know life is living
just beyond my block
